Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! I hope you love your new artwork. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review my return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • You may return any non-custom artwork within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Please note that portraits and pet portraits are non-refundable. Once completed, these custom artworks cannot be returned as they are tailored to individual requests.

Refunds

  • To initiate a return, please contact me with your order details and reason for the return.
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom Order Form

When placing an order:

  • Please ensure that all required fields are completed.
  • If you need to upload reference images, you may submit up to three images, each with a minimum file size of 3MB.
  • Make sure to upload high-quality images.
  • Include any important info in your order message with regards to the artwork you require.
  • Please note that copyrighted images will not be replicated exactly.
  • Scraperboards are only available in size A3.
  • Marker Illustrations are only available in size A4.
